Terms of Service — pipelinehub

1. Agreement

By accessing or using pipelinehub ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

pipelinehub is a cloud observability platform for Python data pipelines. The open-source library you install sends step-by-step run snapshots, row counts, schema information, and anomaly signals to our cloud API for storage and display in your dashboard.

3. Accounts

Account creation and authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share API keys or credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to transmit personal data of third parties without appropriate consent, violate applicable law, attempt to reverse-engineer or overload our infrastructure, or resell access to the Service without permission.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect immediately and downgrades your account to the free tier. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

6. Data retention

Free (self-hosted) plan data is not stored by us. Cloud plan data is retained according to your plan tier: Solo (30 days), Team (90 days), Business (unlimited). We may delete data exceeding your plan limit without notice.

7. Intellectual property

The open-source pipelinehub library is licensed under the MIT License. The cloud dashboard, API, and brand are proprietary to pipelinehub. Your pipeline data remains yours.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
